Ethio-Leather Industry PLC (ELICO) assigns a unique customer order tracking number for confirmed orders. The unique order tracking number allows the customer to monitor the status of the order as from the day of receipt of the confirmed order

The order tracking number is assigned to each customer and each separate order. This feature enables us to maintain the identity of the customer and the contents of a particular order under strict confidentiality.

The status fields on the order-tracking menu are updated every twenty-four hours to provide closer look and comfort to the client. The customer virtually moves through the production - selection - packing - deliver cycle. This feature is expected to significantly reduce the frequency and volume of correspondence or communication that would be required otherwise.
